Banana Pancakes

This is probably my most favorite pancake recipe. Try it out yourself!

1 banana
4 eggs

1tbsp hemp protein (or another vegan protein, oatmeal)
Coconut oil
Butter or additional coconut oil

  1. Mash a banana in a medium bowl with a fork to create a paste.
  2. Add eggs into the banana paste and stir well.
  3. Add some hemp protein powder and stir it well.
  4. Heat a small nonstick skillet and bake a pancake on some coconut oil on each side until well done.
  5. Drizzle melted butter or coconut oil over the pancakes sprinkle with cinnamon and top with some berries.
    Enjoy immediately!
