Eggs & Veggies in 3 ways (Omelet)

3 Eggs
Garden Cress
Red Bell Peppers

1 tbsp Butter or oil
Salt & Pepper

  1. Heat up butter or oil in a medium nonstick pan.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk 3 eggs in a medium bowl until well
    combined, then transfer into a pan and cook on both sides until well done (do not overcook).
  3. Slice radish, cucumber, bell pepper and decorate your plate with spinach leaves and all the veggies.
  4. Transfer the omelet on your plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper, some olive oil, and garnish with Garden Cress.
