Eggs & Veggies in 3 ways (Omelet)
Red Bell Peppers
1 tbsp Butter or oil
Salt & Pepper
- Heat up butter or oil in a medium nonstick pan.
- Meanwhile, whisk 3 eggs in a medium bowl until well
combined, then transfer into a pan and cook on both sides until well done (do not overcook).
- Slice radish, cucumber, bell pepper and decorate your plate with spinach leaves and all the veggies.
- Transfer the omelet on your plate and sprinkle with salt, pepper, some olive oil, and garnish with Garden Cress.
