Ingredients (9-12 portions):
500 g Cherry Tomatoes
1 Handful Basil Leaves
1 Handful Pine Nuts
3x Garlic cloves
½ cup Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
1. Cook pasta, then transfer to a big mixing bowl and leave it to cool.
2. Meanwhile, half the cherry tomatoes and add to the cooled pasta.
3. Make the pesto: blend the basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Mix the pasta, tomatoes and pesto and add salt and pepper if desired.
