Pepper Bites

Enjoy these little bites as an afternoon snack or serve at your next party to your friends!

1 Red Pepper
½ Cup cooked Rice
2 tbsp shredded cheese
1 tsp Dry Herbs to taste

  1. Cook the rice. 
  2. Slice red pepper to 2 cm thick rings.
  3. Stuff each ring with cooked rice and press well.
  4. Top with cheese and sprinkle with your favorite dry herbs to teste.
  5. Bake in the oven on 180 Celsius for 15 minutes or
    until cheese nice and golden and paprika soften.
