Enjoy these little bites as an afternoon snack or serve at your next party to your friends!
1 Red Pepper
½ Cup cooked Rice
2 tbsp shredded cheese
1 tsp Dry Herbs to taste
- Cook the rice.
- Slice red pepper to 2 cm thick rings.
- Stuff each ring with cooked rice and press well.
- Top with cheese and sprinkle with your favorite dry herbs to teste.
- Bake in the oven on 180 Celsius for 15 minutes or
until cheese nice and golden and paprika soften.
