Red Pepper Dip

As much as we enjoy nibbling the vegetables as it is, with this easy to make dip you make it taste even better. Enjoy with your favorite snack veggies or spread over your toast!

1 Roasted Red Pepper
1/3 cup Pine Nuts
6 Basil Leaves
1 tsp Fresh lemon

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Liquid Sweetener
Salt & Pepper

  1. Roast the paprika.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend everything until you reach creamy, pesto-like
    consistency.
  4. Add more salt or sweetener to reach the desired taste.
  5. You can enjoy the dip with your favorite snack veggies or spread over your toast!
