Veggie Kebabs

BBQ time!

(for 4 kebabs)

1⁄2 Green Bell Pepper
1⁄2 Yellow Bell Pepper
1⁄2 Red Bell Pepper
1⁄2 Zucchini
16x Cherry Tomatoes
8x Basil Leaves

Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil

  1. Prepare all the vegetables by slicing them in small pieces. Try to keep the size of each piece similar to ensure they are done at the same time.
  2. Take a wooden (make these wet first so they don’t turn black) or metallic skewer and carefully push through each piece alternating between colors.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and some olive oil, and grill until well done.
