1⁄2 Green Bell Pepper
1⁄2 Yellow Bell Pepper
1⁄2 Red Bell Pepper
16x Cherry Tomatoes
8x Basil Leaves
Salt & Pepper
- Prepare all the vegetables by slicing them in small pieces. Try to keep the size of each piece similar to ensure they are done at the same time.
- Take a wooden (make these wet first so they don’t turn black) or metallic skewer and carefully push through each piece alternating between colors.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and some olive oil, and grill until well done.
