2 cm ginger
5x mint leaves
1 cup spinach
1⁄2 lemon
1⁄2 avocado
1⁄2 banana
2 cm cucumber
1x celery
7x drops liquid stevia (or powdered Stevia)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp protein (or any other vegan protein)
2 ice cubes
1 cup water (or green tea)
