1 Roasted Red Pepper
1/3 cup Pine Nuts
6 Basil Leaves
1 tsp Fresh lemon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Liquid Sweetener
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Roast the paprika.
- Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Blend everything until you reach creamy, pesto-like
consistency. - Add more salt or sweetener to reach the desired taste.
- You can enjoy the dip with your favorite snack veggies or spread over your toast!
